Ordering Products

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via debit/credit card or other supported methods.

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us quickly at infoessenmora.co.uk.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also view tracking info in your account if registered.

 

Product Type

Yes, we only sell 100% genuine and authentic products from trusted brands like Royal Canin, Maybelline, Garnier, VonHaus, and more.
We sell non-prescription wellness and pet products, but not prescription medications or highly perishable items.
Product pages will clearly show “In Stock”, “Low Stock”, or “Out of Stock” statuses. If out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications.
 

Customer Management

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and view order history easily.
Login to your account, go to the “My Account” section, and you can edit your name, email, phone number, and address anytime.
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it.
